Roofers did a great job. They tore off the old roof, replaced a couple sheets of rotted plywood and put architectural shingles on the house and shed. They completed the job in one day and did a great job of cleaning everything up. They moved patio furniture out of the way so it wouldn't get trashed, put it back afterwards and were careful with the landscaping. Price was competitive. The best thing though is the owner, Brad. Brad is professional but a "regular guy." He didn't oversell, was very responsive and even did me a super nice favor.
